CIEFFE Academy
CIEFFE is committed to preserving traditional craftsmanship, integrating it with technological innovations to support the manual tailoring of high-end garments.
Since 2023, the decision was made to activate the CIEFFE Academy and expand existing collaborations with local schools and universities. Marina Forte, HR Director of CIEFFE, describes the Academy project: 'With our Academy, we want to offer students the opportunity to discover the fashion and luxury sector, allowing them to experience a unique and highly valuable craft, through apprenticeship programs, mentoring, and on-the-job training that enable them to complete their studies and easily transition into professional paths in our workshops. Additionally, we are dedicated to addressing a key skills gap for Made in Italy: an objective that can only be achieved by investing in training and sharing a craftsmanship know-how that has been preserved and passed down through the years.
Enhancing people and talent
Alongside the work for the most famous international brands, we love to support emerging designers in whom we see talent and potential.
To hone their skills, they can use our supply chains and professional know-how to create their samples and collections, setting the conditions for their future growth and affirmation globally.
Last but not least, for years we have promoted concrete projects for the enhancement of the artistic heritage by forging partnerships with schools and universities for advanced research and training projects and by identifying young artists eager to put their creativity at the service of the company by inspiring new techniques and processes.
